By accessing or using GigHunter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

GigHunter is a platform for posting and discovering freelance jobs and gigs. You agree to use GigHunter only for lawful purposes. You must not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Content You Post
You retain ownership of the content you post on GigHunter. By posting, you grant GigHunter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your job listings and messages.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is spam, scams, fake job listings, adult or explicit content, hate speech, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Reporting & Moderation
Users may report job listings they believe violate these terms. GigHunter reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
GigHunter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Use of GigHunter is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
GigHunter is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users, failed transactions, or data loss.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of GigHunter after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
